The Bull Hotel takes your corporate requirements very seriously. Working closely with you our aim is to make your unique corporate event as stress free as possible. Whatever the occasion we can provide the privacy and comfort you expect.

Meeting rooms – a space to suit you
Within the hotel we have a choice of WiFi enabled rooms to cater for your needs:

our general bar and restaurant areas - ideal for lunch with clients, informal interviews, team celebrations

a private lounge with seating for up to twelve people – useful for board meetings or private interviews
The Buttery - great for larger events such as office parties, annual conferences or presentation evenings where we can accommodate, and cater for, up to 80 people. The Buttery has a dedicated bar area ideal for break-out sessions or refreshments. French doors lead out to a decked terrace, perfect for pre-dinner drinks or a quick break in the fresh air. For your convenience we have flip charts, markers, pads and pens. This room can be configured to suit your requirements: boardroom, theatre, classroom, U-shape.

Formal or informal, business or pleasure

Just let us know what, when, and how many and we’ll arrange the furniture, organise the catering and provide overnight accommodation to your exact requirements and budget. The Bull Hotel is the perfect place to bring people together.

Staying the night
If you or your guests are staying the night we have eleven en-suite bedrooms at £70 per night including English breakfast.

Location - convenience without compromise
We have excellent transport links and plenty of free parking. We are just minutes away from The M20, M26 and M25. Borough Green railway station is only 1.3 miles away.

Conference rooms
The hire of The Buttery is £150 for a full day or £100 for half a day. Refreshments are extra. The private lounge is free if we provide your breakfast, lunch or dinner. However, it is available for hire at £15 per hour if you simply need a private space away from the office. Refreshments are extra.

Business buffets, lunches or dinner
Starting at £6.50 per person for light lunch up to 3 course a la carte meals and buffets to suite your requirements. Please call us to discuss your needs. He will work closely with you to get the best value from your budget.

Coffee breaks
Starting at £2 per person we can supply: welcome tea, coffee and biscuits, coffee breaks including sandwiches, cakes, selection of juice. Always tailored to your exact requirements.
