Country farmhouse pate with a spicy pear chutney, salad, bread
Smoked salmon with a chive creme fraiche and brown bread

Main Courses

Smoked haddock poached in cream, poached egg, horseradish mash and spring greens
Tagliatelle with garlic, mushrooms and truffle oil
Chicken mushroom stroganoff with rice
Hartley Bottom lamb chops with mash, seasonal greens and redcurrant and rosemary jus

Desserts

Affogato-vanilla ice cream with espresso coffee
Vanilla rice pudding with freshly grated nutmeg
Treacle sponge pudding with a butterscotch sauce and crème anglaise
Artisan cheese selection (1.50 supplement)
Hot Valronha chocolate fondant with vanilla ice-cream, red fruit compote
Vanilla panna cotta with rhubarb poached in orange
