The Buttery Function Room
The Buttery is a versatile space which holds up to 120 guests (standing) and 60 sitting depending on how
tables are displayed. It is used for a variety of different functions types, ranging from small informal gatherings
to large wedding receptions.
The use of The Buttery is extremely flexible in order to meet your individual
needs.
Room hire: £15/hour Evening party hire: from £220
Details
Deposit require: £50 to secure the date, non refundable.
Catering may be negotiated.
The Client is responsible for removing decoration, equipment, food and belongings at the end of the event.
The hire cost of The Buttery includes cleaning before and after the event, heating, tables, chairs and electricity.
Cutlery, plates and paper napkins are provided with buffet.
Also available upon request and with extra cost: buffet,
coffee break, flip charts, markers, pads and pens.
Any entertainment must cease by 1.00am.
No bar drinks
will be served/sold after 1.00am.
The kitchen closes at 9.00pm therefore no restaurant meals or snacks will be
served after 9.00pm.
Corkage - strictly no wines, champagne or spirits may be brought into the allocated rooms
by Clients or guests for consumption on the premises.
In the case of clients supplying their own entertainment
involving electrical equipment of any sort, it is the clients’ responsibility to obtain the correct documentation proving
the safety and suitability of bringing such equipment in to The Bull Hotel in accordance with current health & safety
standards.
There are plenty of car parking spaces available.
