Wine list
We have a 70-bottle selection with approximately 30 different grape varieties,
various blends and many different styles, with some of the vines dating back to 1898. We are offering diversity and value with great wines from the Languedoc-Roussillon in the South of France.
We also have a small selection of wines from other areas. So hopefully there should be something for everybody!
Beers and cask ales
Our beers are from the award winning Dark Star Micro Brewery
with one ale changing every month as well as Oatmeal Stout, a Sussex Lager, Stowford press Cider and Hoegaarden.

The Languedoc-Roussillon
offers wines made from classic French grapes like Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay and also different
varieties like Carignan, Picpoul and Marsanne. A trait of wines from this region is the Garrigue.
This is a French word for the wild scrub which grows in and around the vineyards of Southern France. Usually made up
of wild herbs such as thyme, rosemary, lavender, fennel and bay leaf which gives the wines a particular aroma and taste.
