Ours chefs have put a festive twist on our menu to create this wholesome Festive Set Menu you can enjoy Monday to Saturday, lunch or dinner.

Caraway parsnip soup, virgin rapeseed oil

Chicken liver parfait, cocoa brioche, cherry gel

Smoked mackerel mousse, pickle cucumber, focaccia bread


Main Courses

Turkey breast, honey roast parsnips, Brussel sprouts with lemon, black cabbage, chestnut puree, roast potatoes, bread and cranberry sauce, gravy

Poached hake, smoked new potatoes, artichoke veloute, black cabbage

Roasted squash, slow cooked white beans, crispy black cabbage, preserved lemon dressing



Christmas pudding, custard

Sticky toffee pudding, vanilla ice cream

Apple tarragon crumble, cinnamon ice cream


This menu is served in the bar, restaurant, private family room or in The Buttery.
