What’s A Pils?
Pilsner is a type of pale lager. It takes its name from the Czech city of Pilsen. They actually still brew it there! There are many different variations of Pilsner. From Germany to Canada, there are dozens of completely unique styles. Lervig’s is German style, with a light straw to golden colour and a more bitter or earthy taste.
“Brewed with pilsner and Munich malts, German and Slovenian hops, fresh german lager yeast, and carefully lagered to give the beer a crisp and clean nish with the perfect body.”
