Weddings in 2021

THE EXTRAORDINARY HAPPENED

The remarkable team at The Bull organised twice as many weddings in 2021 than before, to the highest level

Determined to offer every couple an alternative date for their wedding, the extraordinary team at The Bull Hotel worked closely with couples during the lockdown using all their creativity to organise truly beautiful weddings.

“We rescheduled all weddings offering the couples an alternative date for their dream day and were delighted to be able to accommodate every request. Our remarkable team organised twice as many weddings this season than before, to the highest level, during very challenging times”. Leigh Anne, Wedding Coordinator

Adapting to each guideline

There were many guidelines to follow, with each demanding a new planning approach to the wedding day. The uncertainty and changes challenged the wedding coordinators, who with a full-hearted commitment, explored the available options with the couples.

One by one, couples tied the knot at The Bull. Each occasion was the celebration it deserved to be. The weddings had to be adapted to the different guidelines from intimate ceremonies for six people, larger ceremonies for 15 and 30 guests, social distancing and seated receptions. Finally grander days came when dozens of guests were allowed to celebrate the newlyweds, to embrace their loved ones and enjoy the party without any limitations.

“Against all the odds, it has been our best and most satisfying season ever” adds Leigh Anne.

It was a labour of love

Exceptional suppliers emerged from their lockdown hibernation, full of enthusiasm to join our team of wedding coordinators at The Bull. Florists, photographers, DJs, cake makers and venue designers worked around the clock to ensure each and every wedding was exceptional and memorable.
