The Bull Hotel is an excellent base from which to discover the open countryside and many attractions that Kent has to offer. It is also conveniently located for those making the crossing to/from France, breaking a long journey or wanting to get out of (or into) the city, as London Victoria is just forty minutes by train.

There are 25 National Trust sites in Kent, thirteen of them are very close to The Bull Hotel, including Chartwell House, Coldrum Long Barrow, Emmets Garden, Ide Hill, Ightham Mote, Knole, Marines Hill, Old Soar Manor, Oldbury Hill, One Tree Hill, Outridge Farm, Quebec House and Toys Hill.

The Bull has been ensconced in the heart of Wrotham (pronounced ‘Rootum’) village for over six hundred years. Wrotham is a quiet rural retreat, set among the fields of Kent, otherwise known as the ‘Garden of England’. Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells and Brands Hatch are all nearby and London Victoria is just forty minutes away from Borough Green and Wrotham train station.

What to do and where to go

The Bull has plenty of car parking spaces and is twenty minutes from the Dartford Tunnel and Bluewater, Europe’s largest shopping centre. Junctions for the M20 and M26 are also conveniently equidistant.
