For over 10 years, this clean-drinking pale golden ale from Dark Star Brewery in Brighton has been one of our best sellers. Its strong floral aroma and elderflower notes from the Cascade hops has customers of all generations enjoying a pint.
Greensand Ridge Gin
An exceptionally smooth and delicately balanced gin from the local producer Greensand Ridge – Ightham village. It has become a favourite among our gin lovers.
Dad’s Hat Bourbon
Smooth and spicy, Dad’s Hat Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey is the most unique whiskey we serve. The recipe features only rye grain and malt and it is aged in new oak casks.
